We will help you select the most appropriate look for your headshots, and (at your request) can schedule one of our makeup artists to give you the ultimate edge and if you are in the group of people that say "I don't know how to pose" don't worry, we will coach you.

Individual Headshot Sessions

After your photo session is done, we upload the images to our websites as proof or if you prefer, we set up another appointment within the next 72hrs for you to review and select your favorite images for retouching. The final retouched images may take up to three weeks to be completed and delivered via download.

Group & Corporate Headshot Sessions

5-10 People $150 Each

11-50 People $110 Each

51 + People $90 Each

Requires a minimum of 5 people to qualify.

1 - 7 minutes mini session per person

Includes the digital download of each person’s best photo in high resolution.

Editing in Photoshop for optimal color, brightness, contrast, clarity, and white balance.

3-6 photos are taken per person, on average.

The best shot is delivered by e-mail.

Additional images may be purchased and retouched for $45 each.

For larger groups, we will bring 1-3 assistants to handle taking e-mail addresses and managing crowd flow.

Please contact us to request a quote for special projects requiring commercial image licensing.

Prices do not include travel expenses for shoots on locations beyond 20 miles. Taxes, fees, etc are calculated on your itemized invoice. All deposits are non-refundable and can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the shoot. A model release must be signed upon arrival or prior to the shoot. Models under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times.

A 50% deposit/retainer fee is required upon booking to reserve your date and time

Additional Information

– Turnaround Time –

*Corporate headshot clients can expect to receive their photos in 4 weeks or less. For groups greater than 100, please allow 6-8 business weeks for editing and electronic delivery.*

– Delivery –

*Images are e-mailed or delivered via digital download from a link or Gmail. *You will be able to order prints at reasonable prices.*

-Note: Group discounts only apply to headshot sessions completed on the same day, or however many consecutive days are needed to fit in the entire group. Prices and packages may be subject to change at any time. Pricing does not include licensing (will be calculated for each client's specific needs.)

Retouching / Photo Editing

Photo editing and retouching are not included in the session fee unless stated in the estimate. The following outlines the differences between retouching and photo editing. Hair and makeup services make this process much more efficient.

Retouching ($45/image): Includes basic blemish removal, light skin smoothing, and minor flyaway taming.

Photo editing ($120/hour): Includes more complicated edits such as wrinkle removal from fabrics, hair adjustments, background changes, etc.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your session forfeits the deposit.

Rescheduling

We understand that things occasionally come up and require a need for rescheduling. Your deposit is transferrable due to rescheduling as long as you provide us with one week's notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original shoot date. Once 30 days have passed your session will be considered Cancelled.

Late Arrival / No Shows

We recommend you allow adequate time so that you arrive on time. Your shoot time is just that, your time. Being late deducts from your shoot time. If you have a 90-minute session at 10:00 am but show up at 10:45, you have 45 minutes of shoot time remaining. It’s simple as that. It will be considered a cancellation if you fail to show up during your shoot time and your deposit will be forfeited.

Reshoot / Refund Policy

We will offer a reshoot or refund if we have a technical problem where your images are not retrievable. However, simply stating that you don't like your photos do not constitute a reshoot or refund. We are very consistent with our lighting and editing results so please take a look at our portfolio. We crop images so that they are aesthetically appealing and interesting. If you find a number of images in your gallery where the top of your head is cropped, I assure you it is NOT an error. Your headshot should not look like a passport photo.
